Product Overview
The Bottom Pad for MAC Series devices is made up of high modulus Poron®, which is a firm PU foam commonly used for shock absorbing applications. The poron sheet is laminated with an adhesive 3M F-9473PC on one side thus created a single coated foam. The unique composition of the material offers excellent resistance to compression set, high-energy absorption and low outgassing. It also offers resistance to temperatures, bondable surface, low hydrolysis, high internal strength and dimensional stability. The product is made from high-grade material with good mechanical properties ensuring a Increased lifespan for the component. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the parts as per the requirement and it is free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the component.
